Job Summary:
As our full-time pulmonology nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Lexington/ Burlington, NC to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their Pulmonology needs. You will be responsible for Pulmonology visits throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client. throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level. Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
Compensation:

• Extremely competitive salary of $110,000 to $132,000.
