The Manager Technical Product Enablement ensures that the GTM organization is fully equipped to understand position and sell the product based on new features and updates.This role bridges messaging in Product Marketing technical how-to in Product Management and GTM delivery in Sales Enablement This means creating launch deliverables including hands-on interactive enablement content that drives adoption and confidence across all OpenGov products with monthly launch cycles You ll lead the enablement structure and content strategy oversee the Technical Project Manager own the GTM readiness process from a product enablement perspective
Responsibilities

- Lead Product Enablement Strategy: Own the roadmap for product-specific enablement content aligning with PMM PM PM SE PS SalesEnablemen teams li>Create Technical Enablemen Materials: Develop or oversee creation of click-through guides demo scripts before/after workflows guided trainings show h behind new capabilities used internal training customer certifications liLaunch Readiness Ownership Partner with Terricical Project Manage ensure al assets contet training delivered time for release
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with PMMs messagin positioning woven through interactive created Partner PMS understand tech workflows UI/UX updaes befor after stae Coordinate wih Sell Enablenem delivery cadence integration existing learning syste Content Governance Build scalable templates asset libraries feedback loop continuously improev enablent contet quailty usage
