- Manage an agriculture and commercial loan portfolio and nurture strong relationships with clients in the North Iowa Region.
- Oversee all ag and commercial lending activities, from origination to portfolio management.
- Handle an ag and commercial loan portfolio with a balance of $5 to $15 million for 15-30 client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to identify financial goals and find ways to achieve them, developing relationships within the community and professional organizations.
- Approve loans within set limits and refer others to management for review.
- Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of Ag and Commercial lending and banking experience.
- Strong background in Agriculture is preferred.
- Ideal candidates should have banking, credit analysis, underwriting or sales experience.

Join us at Bank Iowa as an Ag & Commercial Relationship Manager to specialize in generating top-quality Ag and Commercial loans and establish solid relationships with clients in Lawler location. You'll not only be responsible for growing and maintaining the bank's portfolio but also contributing to enhancing the community around you.
This full-time position for Ag & Commercial Relationship Manager offers flexible work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
