We are looking for someone extremely reliable, and self-motivated with great leadership skills to fill our management position at High Country Lighting.

As the manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Job Description:

1. Arrive each morning before other installers, unload all new deliveries.

2. Review the schedule and assign jobs to installers based on their specific skill-levels and needs.

3. Lay out the materials needed for each job/installer in their designated section.

3. Ensure each installer has reviewed and prepared everything needed to efficiently finish their intended job for that day.

4. Update the inventory in the shop, tidy any opened delivery boxes.

5. Promptly arrive at your own job and complete your own schedule for the day.

6. Manage and communicate with all installers and answer their day-to-day questions.
