- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (for MT)
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (for MLT)
- (ASCP REQUIRED)
- 3 years of experience in microbiology laboratory required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
