    Position Description:
    On.

    Energy is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and deployment of energy projects in North America either at our US Headquarters office in Miami, FL or Houston, Texas.

    These positions shall have varying responsibilities from the early front end engineering design (FEED) stage through commercial operation and turnover to client or operations, depending on the level selected.

    The ideal candidate shall have proven project management experience in energy projects and strong understanding of the principles of project management; strong technical background; ability to identify, mitigate, and solve problems; good business acumen and negotiator; excellent written and verbal communication skills; bias for action, collaborative, and works well in a team environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Overall project responsibilities with accountability for project safety, quality, costs, schedule and overall project contract compliance
    Single point of interface with client
    Develop and manage project schedule
    Develop and manage project budgets
    Risk management including identifying and project risks to safety, quality, schedule or costs, develop the appropriate mitigation plans, and risk tracking
    Lead the negotiation and contracting for construction, engineering or other services required for project
    Ensure request for information (RFI), non-conformances (NCR), vendor change notices (VCN), and project change notices (PCN) are dispositioned in a timely manner
    Contract closeout
    Develop strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new suppliers
    Review and process all project invoices
    Project reporting to management and client


    Position Requirements:
    BS Engineering from an accredited University
    Minimum 5-years energy project management experience
    Experience contracting and managing EPC contractors
    Strong project schedule and cost controls experience
    Strong contract administration exeprience
    Responsible for multiple projects
    Reports to the Director of D&O
