    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and nurture client relationships in the renewable energy sector
    • Manage energy projects from land surveying to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
    • Collaborate with WSB project managers and energy clients to track project progress
    • Lead field and office staff to streamline survey operations
    • Prepare proposals and cost estimates for various surveys and staking projects
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D base mapping and familiarity with title commitments and proformas
    • Reviewing and drafting legal descriptions and surveys to comply with regulations


    Requirements:
    • 5-7 years of experience in land surveying
    • Expertise in ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, and Construction surveying
    • Strong managerial and communication skills
    • Problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Preferably a Texas Licensed Land Surveyor
    • 3 years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
    • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management skills
