    As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Interim Healthcare Home Care, you play a crucial role in providing essential patient services with care and compassion. We currently have multiple cases available in Westmoreland County for 1:1 Pediatric and Adult care across all shifts.

    Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) include:

    • Providing in-home direct patient care in alignment with prescribed plans and monitoring progress closely
    • Assessing and documenting patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary
    • Administering medication, insulin, and IV fluids while maintaining detailed records
    • Caring for wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal hygiene
    • Evaluating patients for additional issues and providing appropriate treatments
    • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position:

    • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the relevant state
    • Certifications in CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid
    • Access to reliable transportation for care sites and work locations
    • Preferred experience with trach and/or ventilator care
