About Us:

Fantasy Elite All Stars is Collin County's newest youth cheer and fitness gym — where competitive excellence meets creativity and inclusivity. We officially opened our doors in January 2026, and we're currently interviewing coaches and class instructor. If you're passionate about All Star cheer and ready to help young athletes soar, we want you on our team

Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic All Star Cheer Coach to lead competitive teams with energy, precision, and heart. You'll be responsible for training athletes in stunts, tumbling, and choreography, while fostering a positive, disciplined, and team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coach All Star cheer teams in stunts, tumbling, jumps, and performance
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for athletes of all backgrounds
• Track athlete progress and prepare monthly report cards for parents
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff about athlete development
• Attend scheduled competitions and travel as needed
• Work weekends during competition season as scheduled
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and occasional events or showcases
• Participate in staff meetings and complete required trainings

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience coaching All Star cheerleading
• Strong knowledge of cheer safety standards
• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• Experience working with youth athletes
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time with potential for growth
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Starting at $15-18/hr based on experience and role
