    Ab sofort suchen wir Dich als Salesforce Lead Developer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Köln.
    Stellenbeschreibung
    Fachlich-operative Verantwortung der Software Delivery und Leitung zentraler Dev-Meetings (Daily, Refinement II)
    Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Software Delivery Prozesse
    Außerdem übernimmst Du die technische Analyse und das Design zu neuen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklerteam
    Zudem stellst Du die Transparenz über den Status einzelner Arbeitspakete sicher und zeigst Abhängigkeiten oder mögliche Konflikte auf
    Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium
    Außerdem verfügst Du über fundierte Erfahrungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung mit Kanban oder Scrum und entsprechenden Tools
    Nachgewiesene Expertise in der Salesforce Architektur kannst Du ebenfalls vorweisen
    Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Salesforce Ökosystem und idealerweise einschlägige Zertifizierungen (z.B. Salesforce Platform Developer I, Data Architect) bringst Du ebenfalls mit
    In einem internationalen Team auf Deutsch und Englisch zu arbeiten ist für Dich selbstverständlich
