Lateral Link is closely assisting a well-regarded law firm in Orange County, California with its search for a seasoned Litigation Attorney.
The firm has attracted several attorneys from big law firms who want to practice in a collegial setting and work on sophisticated matters.
The firm is in growth mode and is excited to add a well-qualified Litigator.The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years+ of complex commercial litigation experience, particularly in California state court. The candidate should be comfortable with managing their cases from start to finish. The role will involve substantial legal research and writing, and the candidate should have some stand-up experience in court. Trial experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Excellent credentials and a license to practice law in California (active and in good standing) are required. Large law firm experience and judicial clerkship experience are highly desirable.
