The opportunity We are looking for an IT professional in the role of Process Analyst specialized in analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.

The person who is in this position will be responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for one or more assigned sub-teams with the main purpose to lead the team's daily work expectations liaise and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders participate in projects and process improvement initiatives resolve escalations and manage various workflows.

This position will also provide training to individual team members while managing daily productivity expectations and continuously communicate best practices and policies to team members in order to deliver global process standards.

Qualifications Previous working experience as a Business Analyst desirable Hiring OPT / CPT / EAD / STEM OPT Candidate.
