Role Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will enhance our manufacturing processes through the design, assessment, and troubleshooting of procedures and equipment.
Your expertise will guide projects involving new products, plant upgrades, and the integration of innovative tools and technology. Your efforts will ensure our operations maintain a competitive edge by staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and support for manufacturing and assembly processes. Manage and execute project plans from conception to completion. Improve manufacturing methods, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate across teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business and production goals. Travel to various sites to oversee implementation and resolve any operational issues.
RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities with a knack for clear, effective project updates.
