Job Summary: The Software Solutions Specialist identifies areas of product deficiency, drives product improvement efforts, identifies and develops training opportunities for support teams, and assists with challenging problem escalations. This role requires interdepartmental collaboration to effectively engage proper ScriptPro resources to find product solutions that impact both our customers and the bottom line. The Specialist is highly involved with new development projects ahead of product deployment, to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual will find solutions to complex problems and is self-driven to proactively improve all ScriptPro products.
Reporting Relationship: Manager, Solutions Engineering
Shift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Working Conditions:
Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employee must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift, squat, stoop, bend, and reach. Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential.
