Follow Agile methodology. Participate in prioritization meetings and participate in the grooming and pointing session.
Help in writing acceptance criteria and test scripts for UAT testing during each sprint.
Conduct UAT testing and provide feedback about bugs and bug resolutions, help to close bugs.
Provide Business Owner L2 support for 3 applications.
This includes receiving and acknowledging tickets, providing solutions if within their knowledge base, growing their knowledge base to provide support, appropriately answering tickets that are raised by both Cat internal employees and Cat Dealers, and closing tickets when appropriately resolved.
Answer questions regarding the 3 applications that may come into the general inboxComplete end-to-end user testing of 3 applications to ensure that they continue to work together and raise bugs as required.
Will attend Agile meetings and staff meetings.Will be asked to come to workshops if required to help troubleshoot application issues or participate in projects for larger scale application requirements.

Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's/Master's in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or comparable (engineering, IT, etc) with 0-2 years' experience OR
Technical Associates degree with 2-5 years of experience in computer or software engineering.
