    Job Title:

    Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our products and services to customers in national big box retail home improvement stores.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with customers to discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings.
    • Generate leads for in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups.
    • Collaborate with industry experts to provide solutions to customers.

    Compensation:

    $18-$20 per hour, plus bonus/commission structure, potentially earning up to $25 per hour or more.
