    Responsibilities:

    • Assess psychological and emotional needs of patients in oncology and reconstructive departments.
    • Provide counseling to address challenges related to cancer and reconstructive procedures.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Advocate for patients' psychosocial needs within the healthcare system.
    • Educate patients and families on coping strategies and available resources.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and progress notes.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid LCSW license with clinical social work experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
