- Facilitate the implementation and support of further Salesforce functionalities.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability etc.).
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
- Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices.
- Use Salesfore API's to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
- Troubleshooting
- Support for Salesforce business administrator and occasionally end-user support.
- Professional work experience as a Salesforce developer (4-6 years).
- Extensive Salesforce Sales Cloud product knowledge.
- Data modeling, capability to design robust and scalable data structures.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Flows and LWCs and APEX.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce and SAP (API development etc.).
- Knowledgeable of SOQL (SalesForce Object Query Language) and SOSL (SalesForce Object Search Language).
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with international business stakeholders.
- Ability to write, interpret and implement technical specifications.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
