    Job Description
    • As a rework technician you will engage with an experienced, cross-disciplinary staff to build, repair, debug, test, and modify innovative consumer products
    • You will work closely with the Hardware Design team, communicate with Engineers is a must, ability to read and follow rework instructions and rework the PCBs
    • You will interact with Hardware Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, NPI Engineers to rework the Product prototypes.
    • Keep the lab clean and safe
    • Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvements
    • Work independently and in a team environment
    Qualifications
    • 5 years experience working on high pitch soldering SMT components to 0201 size resistors/caps, wiring the boards, replacing high speed connectors
    • Experience on mechanical, cable hardness, power supplies and PDUs in HW Lab environment,
    • Read and understand the schematic, Allegro Cad software for board rework.
    • Good communication skills to work with HW Engineers for the prototype reworks.
    • Ability to be trained and work independently to set up, connect system networks and run the test.
    • Highly rework skills for PCB prototype that include experience working on PC boards up to 22 layers and size 20x20.
    • Knowledge of MS Windows and Office are a plus.
    Additional Information

    The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $65,000 to $86,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and US location. The salary range provided reflects the base salary and in addition may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, well-being, tax savings, and income protection
