About the role:

As a Process Improvement Business Analyst for TQL, you will play a vital role in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through the analysis, design, and implementation of streamlined business processes.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous enhancements to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementDocument current-state processes, workflows, and systems to create a clear understanding of the as-is environmentCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for process improvement initiativesAnalyze requirements to identify dependencies, constraints, and potential impacts on existing processes and systemsRecommend and justify the adoption of specific solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with organizational goalsDevelop change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of process improvementsWhat you need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field3-5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or related roleProficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Micor, Visio, Lucidchart) and business analysis methodologies (e.g.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProject management experience and certification (e.g.
