Job description
Bounce N More in Rowlett, TX is looking for one equipment technician to join our team. We are located on 2601 Lawing Lane. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
General warehouse conditions in which some work areas are not climate controlled. The position requires frequent lifting, walking, bending and transferring of objects of various weights and dimensions. Fast paced environment and able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays at times to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities
- Reports to the Fleet Manager.
- Repair power and mechanical equipment.
- Utilize root cause analysis methods to assess equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate records on the maintenance, repairs, and usage of all equipment.
- Maintain inventory of all parts
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedule with Warehouse Manager
- Maintain shop manuals, catalogs, and bulletins.
- Establish and implement safety and health policies for the repair and service area.
- Open/close warehouse for deliveries/receiving as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, written or verbal.
- Comply with government safety regulations and security of the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as requested for the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma relative to the position, or a minimum of two years in repair and mechanics on similar equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs, and transfer inventory up to 200lbs using provided equipment.
- Previous welding, electrical, and painting experience
- Knowledge of two-stroke engines, four-stroke engines, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems
- Sit down forklift operation experience.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Pass company drug screening
