- You will represent our hospital teams by interacting in a professional manner while scheduling Cath Lab procedures for the Cath Lab.
- You will assist with inventory control through proper ordering of supplies, CDM requisitions and routine ordering of supplies.
- You will ensure that proper billing documentation is recorded on an as needed basis.
- You will assist staff with the collection and input of data for the ACC, NCDR and carotid registries.
- You will work closely with physicians' offices to assure overall customer satisfaction.
- You will complete other duties as assigned.
- One year of medical office scheduling experience preferred.

As the scheduler for the Cath Lab at our facility, you will provide timely, courteous and professional service to patients and physicians when scheduling procedures for the Cath Lab.
