- Start date will be late May / early June
- Expected completion of the internship is late August or early September 2024
- Full time (40 hours): Monday - Friday
- We are not currently offering housing / transportation. Candidates should be within driving distance (45 min).
- Accounts Receivable: Aid in collections by contacting customers, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Accounts Payable: Update records, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Expense Analysis: Support monthly expense analysis by gathering data, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting process improvements.
- Inventory and Costing: Assist in reviewing inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Financial Projects: Participate in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing as needed.
- General Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by the accounting team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States. Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa, now or in the future.
