Description: Lockheed Martin Laser and Sensor Systems provides innovative laser solutions for various markets. This role is for a Multi-Function Manufacturing Supervisor in Bothell Production Operations, overseeing the build of laser/optics assemblies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, design requirements, ensuring employee safety, providing training, managing workloads, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid development environment, pays attention to detail, possesses strong interpersonal skills, can multitask, has good organizational skills, is computer literate, and works well in a team.

The Locale:
Bothell, Washington, is known for being home to Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington, Bothell.

Basic Qualifications:

- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics
- Experience in production operations environment
- Ability to secure and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with material resource planning systems
- Experience with production flow implementation
- Experience in reviewing designs for manufacturability
- Experience in new product introduction to manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in implementing employee safety improvements
