+Responsibilities
- Customer Communication & Engagement: Oversee and manage direct messages across all streaming platforms including Fanatics Live and Whatnot Respond to customer inquiries during live streams and through email Answer questions related to shipping issues and delays orders products show participation general customer support needs Deliver timely professional compliant customer service across all communication channels including email chat direct messaging occasional phone support Ensure customer viewer satisfaction through proactive communication fast resolution Apply strong judgment on case by case basis Expedite issue resolution Provide thoughtful follow-ups Turn challenges into positive experiences Respond resolve all customer service inquiries in a timely helpful brand-aligned manner Coordinate Procurement manage customers on potential card buy-back opportunities Partner internal teams ensure seamless service accurate information flow Build maintain strong relationships repeat customers operations on-air operations internal support teams Model exemplary customer service interactions Act as positive professional representative of the WeTheHobby brand Help build sustain loyal engaged collector community Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer service retail hospitality or related client-facing role Strong written verbal communication skills with professional friendly confident presence Ability multitask effectively fast-paced environment High attention detail excellent follow-through organizational skills Comfortable communicating multiple platforms chat email live messaging Strong problem-solving skills sound judgment ability de-escalate concerns Demonstrated ability work cross-functionally Operations Procurement On-Air teams Basic computer proficiency comfort learning new platforms tools quickly Passion for customer experience mindset focused excellence Knowledge sports collectibles live selling platforms preferred willingness learn Flexible schedule availability evenings weekends live show coverage needed Growth-oriented mindset accept coaching constructive feedback Physical Requirements While primarily desk-based employee must be able to Sit stand workstation extended periods Regularly bend stoop ascend stairs office environment Lift carry items product cases shipping receiving equipment small office equipment weighing up to pounds Navigate typical office setting attending meetings collaborating departments Availability work pm EST along weekends needed Compensation The salary range this position based location Rochester NY experience To comply Federal law WeTheHobby participates E-Verify All newly hired employees verified electronic system established DHS SSA confirm identity employment eligibility+
