Job Summary
The position is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support for MDSS, MSSS, DQT to HESB migration, LHD Connect and other Infectious Diseases applications supported within our department.
The resource is integral to supporting and improving MDHHS automated processes, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity SEM/SUITE compliance securing the applications
As a lead the resource participates in a variety of assignments that provides for enhancement integration maintenance implementation projects.
The resource also provides application oversight to business analysts in the team that support other applications including MDSS DQT HESB migration MSSS Not having a resource on staff will lead unfulfillment of MDHHS projects fiscal year
Responsibilities include write high level functional requirement documents perform business requirements analysis conduct gap analyze develop well defined detailed functional requirements execute full software development life cycle SDLC experience gathering requirements writing functional technical specifications complex projects develop user stories task breakdowns agile development projects experience developing prototypes mockup users review approval exposure flowcharts screen layouts documentation logical flow system requirements experience working large agile projects assist Enterprise Architecture Solution Assessment EASA Hosting document Firewall Rules design documenting solutions standard technology Local Change Board documents training content manuals design test plans subsystems create collect test data approved tests accuracy program logic produce results UAT Testing Test cases Post Implementation testing differentiating defects new requirements defect tracking log entry information RFC implementations system upgrades monitors peak production times User issues calls discussions testing
