Engineering - Software (Information & Communication Technology)
Manage and monitor IT Infrastructure budget of ASEAN & OCEANIA and expenses.

Manage and support IT Infrastructure of ASEAN & OCEANIA region and work collaboratively with local IT of ASEAN & OCEANIA.

Manage and support IT Infrastructure projects of ASEAN & OCEANIA region.
Ensure IT Infrastructure of ASEAN & OCEANIA region are secure and compliant with NSK's security policies, processes and standards.
Provide technical guidance for IT Infrastructure operations and projects.
Manage and be part of an IT-problem solving escalation process to maintain essential IT operations.
Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 operations.
Provide software application and ERP support.
Support in IT audit activities and renewal of IT contracts.

Requirements/Experiences:
Proficient in English language, both oral and written.
Minimum Degree in Business/Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
Able to work as a team player and independently depending on the needs.

Experienced with the following:

Microsoft 365; Windows and Microsoft SQL server; VMware & Hyper-V; Veeam Backup and Replication; Endpoint Central; Trellix; Networking; SD-WAN; Firewall (FortiGate); ZScaler; Azure AD; Application and Middleware Management.

Experience with ERP software/systems will be an added advantage.
