RN - PCU Stepdown
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown
• Provide intermediate level care for patients transitioning between ICU and medical-surgical units
• Monitor patients requiring closer observation than general medical floors but less intensive than ICU
• Skills-based hiring approach utilized for position assessment
• National certification required for non-licensed professionals working in the unit
• Must meet all qualification requirements and pass assessment process
• Winter plan staffing need to ensure adequate coverage during peak season
