- Assist Engineering team on floor support and improvement activities
- Technical Writing for Production Floor- Creating and maintaining work instructions, control plans and inspection documentation for our Production team
- Maintaining and Training manufacturing equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
- 2-year technical degree preferred or experience within a role with similar duties and responsibilities.
- Electronics assembly preferred.
- Continuous improvement systems such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.
- ERP/MRP system experience, preferably Epicor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with others.
- Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multi-task and work under dead-line pressures

*Job description: *This position will be working in a company that makes and distributes various electro mechanical components. Candidates for this position will be working both in an office and production environment. This position will require leadership in implementing and continuing improvement of our Custom Solutions department. Fulfilling customer requirements from design through product test. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician is the technical interface between the company's sales team, customer, engineering, and the production floor.
