    Description
    *Immediate hire**Job description*We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and personable candidate for our Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator. We offer competitive pay and have gained the reputation as one of the leading restoration companies in the area with service in restoring residential and commercial properties compromised by water, fire and mold Customer Service is at the heart of what we do.

    Requires a high level of responsibility, often faced with working in extreme conditions.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, strong analytical abilities, possess a high attention to detail and truly enjoys providing superior service to external and internal customers.

    *What are the Qualifications?

    • Minimum of 3 years Mitigation Project Management/Estimating after water, fire or disaster damage
    • Xactimate and working for a disaster restoration company
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Proficient computer skills, with ability to learn new software
    • Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
