Inside Sales-Customer Service Rep

Crawfordsville/Whitestown
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a plastics manufacturer on the north side of Indianapolis who is looking to hire a Quality Manager for their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with food and beverage industry audits, and have experience with managing a quality department team.
Responsibilities:
Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services
Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in evaluation.
Work directly with other department managers to ensure highest quality through manufacturing process.
Staying current on laws, regulations, and audits to ensure compliance
Overseeing the quality assurance team
Training other employees on quality procedures
Handling quality reports and documentation
Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
Working with customers and vendors to ensure the quality of supplies and products.
Investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
7 years experience within Quality Management
Food and Beverage experience or plastic container manufacturing experience
25% travel
