    Job Description:

    Compensation Range: $55,000 up to $65,000, Based on experience.

    Installed Building Products (IBP) Is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Auto Claims Specialist to join our team. Are you ready to look at the bigger picture and instigate change?     The Auto Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing automobile insurance claims from initial report to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach to claims handling.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Works directly with the auto claims team and will be responsible for administrative tasks, Assignments, and meeting strict deadlines.
    • Maintain record-keeping, database, and claim files for minor motor vehicle accidents.
    • Administration of minor auto claims by working directly with the third-party administrator claims management team, employees, and branch locations.
    • Point of contact for company branch locations concerning auto claims.
    • Participate in claim review meetings with the insurance broker, third-party administrator, and carrier.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
    • Detail oriented
    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Ability to complete assignments within dictated deadlines.
    • Ability to perform in a teamwork environment.
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
