    Job Title: Accountant

    Location: Irving, TX

    Job Type: Full-time

    About Us: We are a leading wholesale e-commerce company specializing in a wide range of golf cart products, from parts and accessories to full cart solutions. As we expand our operations and customer base, we seek a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Conduct detailed reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
    • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    • Maintain the integrity of financial documents and data, including ledger entries and journal records.
    • Monitor financial transactions and reports; process adjustments as needed.
    • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, providing strategic recommendations and maintaining solutions to business and financial problems.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
    • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within a wholesale, e-commerce, or related industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
    • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
    • CPA or CMA preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
