- Provides regular supervision to Social Workers, Social Work Supervisors, Case Managers, and other clinic staff as needed.
- Lead the implementation of evidence based treatment and/or have direct oversite and responsibility for innovative models of care
- Identify gaps in clinical services at the program level and develop potential solutions to fill the gap
- Reviews and evaluates comprehensive assessments, progress notes, treatment plans and discharge plans for quality and compliance.
- Works with Supervisors/Director on staffing/scheduling and reviews and approves weekly timesheets
- Facilitates High Risk and Group Supervisions. Participates in Case Conferences with other providers.
- Ensure management of crises that occur clinic wide
- Collaborates with other JB Departments (Facilities, Human Resources, IS etc) for program needs.
- Participates/Performs annual staff evaluations.
- Ensures regulatory/agency compliance with staff completion of trainings.
- Collaborates with Director to ensure daily operations of clinic are followed
- Participates in administrative meetings.
- Participates in other on/off site meetings as scheduled.
- Build collaborative relationships and working partnerships with community members and other organizations.
- Other duties as assigned
- A Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program, PLUS New York State Licensure in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC); Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LCSW) is required.

Our staff use a culturally affirming, person-centered approach to help individuals and their families develop skills and resources to improve overall functioning, to instill hope, and to strengthen resiliency. Our programs work closely with community partners to address health disparities in our neighborhoods while also celebrating the strengths and resiliency of our communities.
The Clinics offer the following services that include, but are not limited to: child, teen, adult, and family psychotherapy, emotional crisis intervention and stabilization , developing coping skills to manage mental health symptoms, addiction recovery, forging healthy relationships, managing sadness, worry and loss.
