We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our growing team.

As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment, fostering cognitive and emotional development, and encouraging positive interactions among children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment where children can explore and learn through play.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, recognizing individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Plan and facilitate engaging and educational special events.
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive and integrated curriculum across all age groups.

Requirements

• Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Proven experience working with preschool aged children in a teaching capacity.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a high level of energy.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
