It is an onsite job at Erie, PA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hardware-Software Integration Testing at Sub-System Level.
• Determining Test Requirements, Creating New Test Cases, and Schedules for software developments.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Hardware & Software Integration Testing
• Hands-On/ SIM Test Lab
• Understanding Test Requirements
• Write Test Cases for Multiple Sub-Systems

Desired Skills:

• Toll Gate Process
• Understanding of DOORS/ ClearQuest
• Knowledge of RS 422/232 Serial Comm.
• Strong Analytic & HW Troubleshooting Skills
• Ability to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

• Must be able to climb stairs to safely abroad heavy equipment vehicle and perform analysis on board operating heavy equipment vehicle and in test cells

• Ability and willingness to work "hands-on" in test labs and on heavy equipment vehicles.

• Need to be able to carry at least 25 pounds.

• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

• Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 8AM to 4PM with a possibility of overtime/off shift.

• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
