    *Travel Regional Clinical Specialist**Compensation: *$110,000 - $135,000 per year

    *Job Type: *Full-Time and in-person, travel position ;
    Hybrid Travel Required: 80%

Candidates should handle multiple tasks with prioritization and composed diplomacy. A robust clinical skill set, knowledge of post-acute care standards, and an RN or NP license are mandatory.

    A proven record in long-term care supervision and administration, coupled with a willingness to travel and oversee medical board meetings, is required.

    *Job Qualifications:
    • Must possess a strong commitment to personal and professional success
    • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term care environment
    • Be a strategic thinker
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Candidate must be articulate with strong written and verbal skills, detail-oriented, and have strong follow-up, organizational, and administrative management skills
    • Must be comfortable and confident to advise the Executive leadership and share your opinion
    • Ability to multitask, assess priorities and maintain composure and diplomacy at all times
    • Must have Clinical skills and Knowledge with post-acute care standards, policies and procedures.
    • Must hold a RN or NP license , requires long term care supervisory/ admin experience , willing to travel, ability to run medical board meetings
    *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Oversees and Supervise all Nurse Practitioners
    • Regularly Rounds and meets Facility administrative staff and NP providers in NY.
    • Track follow-ups, issues, and escalations that require the attention of the clinical department.
    • Participates/ Attends QAPI meetings as scheduled
    • Reviews Return to Hospital Reports (RTH) weekly/ Monthly as per facility needs
    • Participates in the Orientation process of new providers and introducing them to the facility.
    • Assists Client Experience (CX) team with introducing services to New or Existing clients.
    • Participates in Trial sessions with potential new services that we might be having in the future.
