    Job Overview:


    As a Residential Sales and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and overseeing the operations of our garage door and organization installations.

    You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from customer consultations to project planning and execution of the install.

    Additionally, you will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

    Salary and Incentive package will be based on experience and track record.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

    Monitor lead flow and scheduling through various channels, including online marketing, referrals, and partnerships.

    Conduct customer consultations to understand their needs and preferences.

    Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients.

    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


    Operational Management:
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion.

    Implement efficient project management processes and tools to streamline operations.

    Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.

    Work closely with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary materials and resources.


    Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and manage a team of Installation specialists.

    Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence.

    Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear goals for team members.

    Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


    Customer Satisfaction:
    Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

    Address customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

    Gather feedback and use it to improve processes and service quality.


    Qualifications:
    Proven track record in sales, preferably in the residential construction or renovation industry.

    Strong Operations/Project management skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
