    Position:
    Licensing and Vendor Coordinator


    Hours of Work:
    Monday through Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

    Non-Exempt, Full Time


    To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.

    Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.

    In This Role, You Will
    Provide support in adherence to ongoing and evolving compliance requirements.

    Be responsible for updating NMLS, assist with various licensing processes, and maintain and track vendor files and assist with the electronic lien title (ELT) process.


    Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
    Proactively monitor branch management changes, coordinating with new Branch Managers and update NMLS accordingly.
    Complete various licensing processes as assigned by the Licensing and Vendor Compliance Manager.
    Periodically review vendor files for expired documents and follow up with responsible party for current documentation.
    Add and remove users from ELT system.
    Process and file DMV mail.
    Assist with lien related issues as needed.
    Collaborate with various internal departments to achieve assigned objectives.
    Complete projects, prioritize tasks, and provide frequent progress reports with moderate direction from management.
    May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.


    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; additional, applicable years of experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

    Experience working in a corporate setting with demonstrated success meeting deadlines.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, change direction, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines with both local and remote staff.

    Highly-motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project administration skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of company staff.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    NMLS experience.
    Knowledge of consumer finance industry.
