    Description
    Job Summary and Responsibilities:


    • The SUPERVISOR INSTALLER represents KGPCo directly to customers' foremen and engineers, ensuring a balance between company resources and customer requirements.
    • Responsible for project financials and resource allocation in the designated area, reporting to the Manager Operations.
    • Oversees installation forces for network equipment and cables, ensuring quality inspection and adherence.
    • Coordinates with clients, engineers, warehousing, and quality auditors to maximize efficiency.
    • Interacts with customer field engineers to meet expectations and standards.
    • Schedules and monitors installation activities within budgeted hours.
    • Conducts project start meetings with customers and reviews/approves subordinate timesheets.
    • Evaluates performance, recommends advancement, and ensures training compliance.
    • Drives operational risk assessments and compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Updates project tracking and computer-based programs.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages installation foremen, lead installers, and all assigned installers.

      • QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High School Diploma with 3 years of telecommunications installation experience.
      • Proficient in MS Office suite, Great Plains, and company-specific programs.
      • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
      • Basic understanding of business finance and safety concerns.
      • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT:

      Primarily office-based with frequent customer site visits. Accessible outside regular hours for emergency responses.

      Significant travel with overnight stays may be required.
