We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

We're looking for positive, outgoing high-energy, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, fun environment. Candidates who are performance-driven and looking to succeed are encouraged to apply.
*This position can be for a full-time/ permanent employee or a summer intern.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
• Compile and present data for the target market
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high level of service to our business customers
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Meet determined performance goals and objectives

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Effective oral communication skills
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Receptivity to coaching as a form of growth and development
• Ability to work well in teams

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A strong desire to learn and grow
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business administration, or other related fields
