- Office Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of admin time
- One evening shift per week
- Possibility of a four-day work week
- Average outpatient volume: patients per day with 20- and 40-minute visits
- Office call responsibilities only
