- Assist with filling open shifts, maintaining compliant personnel files and other administrative duties as needed
- Assist with caregiver onboarding, training and evaluations
- Assist with confirmation calls to new and existing clients and caregivers to ensure shifts are covered
- Assist with recruiting by reviewing candidates and conducting first and second caregiver interviews
- Assist with client and caregiver meet and greets
- Build relationships to foster growth and customer service objectives
- Maintain accurate employee and client information in a secure environment
- Participate in team meetings, briefings, in-services, committees and other related activities as needed
- Create and maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to work
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one-year professional office/data entry experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience working in the home care industry, a plus
- You are an organized self-starter with a positive attitude
- You have a valid D.L. and insured personal vehicle
- You can pass a criminal background check & drug test
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional telephone tiquette
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Satisfactory criminal background check and/or health screening in accordance with state law requirements
