    The IT Support Specialist provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, and other IT-related systems
    • Create and manage user accounts and access
    • Perform Office 365 and network administration
    • Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records
    • Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary
    • Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training
    Qualifications:
    • Office 365 Administration
    • Microsoft Office Experience
    • Active Directory Experience
    • Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience
    • Networking Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Experience Preferred
    • Mobile Device Management Experience
    • AV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience
    • Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
    • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
