    Job title: VP of Transload Business Development

    Description

    VP of Transload Business Development

    This role oversees the strategic planning and execution for all rail transload programs on managed railroads, including acquisition, development, and expansion strategies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and growth in collaboration with Commercial, Corporate Development, Finance, and Operations teams.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Develop and execute corporate transload strategy to include new terminals, expanding terminals, and partnerships with 3rd party operators

    • Evaluate organization's performance to identify new growth opportunities

    • Create transload solutions to drive business growth through direct customer engagement

    This is an opportunity for someone who values safety above all else and can lead by example. As VP of Transload Business Development you must be able create safe profitable transloading operations that contribute significantly towards company success.



    Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

    • - Providing guidance on critical problems facing the industry today such as increasing demand from e-commerce shippers requiring faster delivery options using high-capacity multi-level container lifts running at speed unmatched elsewhere giving unparalleled operational flexibility across multiple commodity types simultaneously!
