Job DescriptionJob Summary
FP&A Analyst works directly with the FP&A Manager in conducting financial and operational analysis, collecting and reviewing population health materials, and coordination of tasks associated with the financial reporting of our clinics and related firms in the healthcare industry.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares, analyzes and reviews periodic forecasts, annual budgets, monthly cash flow and multi-year strategic plans.
Serves as lead for FP&A Analysts, as it relates to questions and escalations.
Responsible for executing and monitoring ongoing control procedures and documentation related to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and for the remediation of control deficiencies, if any.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators; identify opportunities for financial improvement and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.Complete monthly revenue accrual process enterprise wide.
Prepares FP&A slides for presentation with Board of Directors and Senior Management.
Complete adhoc reporting and projects as assigned.
Provide guidance when needed to analysts.
Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and automation.
Develops and administers standard reports, i.e. statistical reports
Develops and maintains user-friendly procedures, guidelines, and documentation for supervisors.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Ensures confidentiality and professionalism are maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
3-4 years' work experience in an FP&A capacity.
Understanding of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
TM1 experience is desirable.

Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
Fluent in English and Spanish

The employee is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time.
