    Human Resources Business Partner II

    Our client is a manufacturing organization in the Richland County area looking for a Human Resources Business Partner II. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of Human Resources and Union/Labor experience, is personable, and takes initiative. This company offers a dynamic work culture with flexibility, and competitive benefits. This position is on-site.

    The salary range for this position is: $90k - $100k.

    The Human Resources Business Partner II will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote open-door communication with all employees; be visible and approachable for questions and be available to counsel as required.
    • Analyze employee turnover, identifying trends and make recommendations to affect the morale, attitude, and retention of talent.
    • Drive employee engagement through supporting action planning, communication, and talent development.
    • Assist with recruiting activities including interviewing and on-boarding.
    • Maintain all employee files.
    • Facilitates effective communication between HR and business leaders to provide visibility to upcoming HR initiatives and employee issues.
    • Implement and manage organizational programs relative to employee development, retention, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned.

    The Human Resources Business Partner II will possess the following:

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • 4+ years of Human Resources experience.
    • 1+ years of experience in a Generalist or Business Partner capacity.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related HR field.
    • Union/Labor relations experience required.
    • Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
