    Job Description

    As a licensed RN, you will be responsible for monitoring residents' general health, administering medicines and treatments, charting medical history, and supervising as needed.


    • Referral Incentive: Receive a cash bonus by referring CNA, LPN, and RN candidates who complete 80 hours or 2 weeks of work.
    • Contract Assignment: Commit to an 8-week contract with guaranteed 16 hours per week.
    • Guaranteed Hours: Secure a fixed number of working hours each week.
    • Weekly Pay: Get paid on a weekly basis.
    • Weekend Contract: Work on Saturdays and Sundays.

    ** Compensation **
    $50/hour

    ** Key Qualifications **
    • Active RN License in the state of PA.
    • Familiarity with EMR Point Click Care (PCC).
    • Valid CPR/BLS Certificate.
    • Covid Vaccine Card, Exemption, or Declination.
    • Driver's License/State ID and SSN Card.
    • Availability to work a contract-only schedule.

    ** Responsibilities **
    • Monitor and maintain residents' overall health.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Document medical histories, chart progress, etc.
    • Supervise residents as necessary.
