    Description

    Quality Control Inspector

    Location: Jacksonville, FL

    Position Type: Full-time

    About Us: We are dedicated to delivering high-quality Medical products to our customers. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Examine, inspect, and inventory materials, finished parts, and products for defects, wear, and conformance with quality standards.
    • Compare inspected products to inspection tasks, product descriptions, and reference materials to ensure accuracy.
    • Identify and document any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformities, and report findings to the Quality Control Supervisor.
    • Process and assemble materials according to sales orders received, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
    • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality control documentation.
    • Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a similar role.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and discrepancies.
    • Knowledge of quality control standards, practices, and tools.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other quality control software.
