Job Responsibilities Include:
1.Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable (LMA)2.Pursue new projects3.Build excellent relationships with clients, subs, vendors, and CSC team members4.Execute projects focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability5.Develop project team members for future growth (includes recruiting, hiring, and leading Superintendents, Interns, APMs, PMs)6.
